My New Year’s Eve Confetti Balloons

January 6, 2015

Happy (almost) 2015 everyone! This will be my first New Year’s Eve in San Francisco; I cannot believe it’s been almost a year since I moved from New York City – it’s been such an incredible journey. This NYE I’m really looking forward to laying low with close friends and enjoying the last bit of the holiday season. That being said, I knew I wanted to craft up a DIY that I could use as inspiration well past New Year’s celebrations, but of course, something relatively simple that would still be perfectly detailed enough to kick off 2015 (can you guess who’s in charge of the party details?).

Confetti on NYE is inevitable – well actually, it’s pretty much a staple for any sort of celebration, along with balloons; so, when you put the two together, you’re bound to have the ultimate party necessity. The holiday season is also a busy time of year for engagements, so I anticipate lots of bachelorette parties and/or showers in the coming months – and how idyllic are these confetti balloons for a girly gathering?!

Take a look at my NYE essentials, and this easy to follow DIY…

How will you be ringing in the New Year?
